Making a Purchase Buying some cheese could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.
Please note, the shipping and handling charge depends on the weight of the order and will not be shown until you go to the final page of the checkout. (see shipping and handling)
Payment We accept most major credit cards but NOT American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship and backordered items are not charged until they have been obtained. You may send your credit card information over the internet, or you may make your purchase over the phone. Payment should be in pounds sterling (GBP)
When an order is placed at our website, credit card information is encrypted using 128 bit encryption over a secure (SSL) sever - you should see the golden key at the bottom of your screen.
At the moment we are only set up to deliver to mainland UK, but if you live outside that area, please ring or email us and we can investigate the cost of shipping to you.
Shipping and Handling All our orders will be vacuum packed (if not already sealed) and sent to you by private carrier in a suitable package. Most cheeses are in stock or readily available and your order should reach you within 4 working days, although this is not guaranteed.
Please note, there is no minimum order, but there is a minimum shipping payment of £6.00 for goods weighing up to 1kg. Goods weighing up to 5kg have a shipping charge of £8 and up to 10kg are shipped for £9
If we cannot fulfil your order in reasonable time, we will email you with the option of withdrawing the order
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction and all our cheeses should reach you in good condition. Since all our goods are perishable, please do not return anything to us, but if you have any complaints, please email us or telephone us and we will do our best to rectify the matter immediately either by replacement or refund. (We only guarantee the condition of our products and cannot replace cheeses which you find are not to your taste!)
